Position: : Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager
Location: SAN JOSE CA
Job Type: Contract

What you’ll do
· Develop business-critical solutions using marketing automation platform, Campaign Classic.
· Work with stakeholders to prioritize, enhance, and support enterprise nurture email program capabilities.
· Execute against the enhancement backlog of marketing automation requests.
· Deliver crisp, concise documentation to enable ease of support across team members
· Liaison between predictive analytics vendor and Adobe to enhance and support a world-class solution for machine based lead scoring.
· Drive enhancements and support of Account Based Marketing capabilities within Adobe Campaign, CRM, and predictive scoring engine.
· Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes
· Facilitate analysis and complex problem solving with both business and technical teams.
· Interface on a day-to-day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operations via an agile-scrum team.
Required Skills:
· General knowledge of marketing processes and integration.
· Proven experience using structured, disciplined approaches to solving technical, data, and logical problems.
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting & implementing enterprise applications
· Experience in using SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application projects.
· Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with team members and key stake-holders
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks/priorities in a high-pressure environment
· Proven ability to work independently with a global team, working with ambiguous requirements with little or no guidance.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills interacting with both business and IT teams.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
· BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or related field with a balanced business/technical background
· Minimum of 7 years’ experience driving analysis and functional/technical requirements.
· Preferred 3-5 years’ experience supporting Marketing business functions.
· Preferred 1+ years’ experience with the Agile methodology.
· Proven experience using structured, disciplined approaches to solving technical, data, and logical problems.
· Preferred 1+ years’ experience with story/sprint tracking tools such as JIRA or equivalent
· Preferred 1+ years’ experience supporting marketing automation or lead generation
· Salesforce.com experience highly desired
