8+ years experience as a Product Owner on Scrum teams
5+ years experience as a Scrum Master on Scrum teams
Strong capabilities with Data, Analytics, Insights for Agile teams
Scrum and Agile program experience for SDLC with high volume
Hands-on technical experience a plus
Strong communication skills across all levels, from team members to senior level executives
Growth mindset, quick learner, can-do attitude
Proficient with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence
Must be local to Newport Beach, CA and willing to go into the office 5 days a week
