Totally disagree with the last review. Not only is this pen everything I'd hoped it would be, TWSBI has incredible customer service and super fast shipping.

I travel a lot, and have been looking for a pen I can pop in my pocket easily that writes beautifully, and looks smart. I got all three of these things, and couldn't be happier. I filled it up, and started writing with no issues. If this nib is similar to the 540 in certain regards, its line will refine with use though it was wonderful right out of the box. I'm likely going to buy another to have as a backup.

If I could give you guys 10 stars I would do it in a second!

Also, as for customer service, I did something to my very first 540, and cracked the barrel. I'm pretty sure it was my fault, and I told them as much. They sent me a new one no questions asked. Seriously! WHERE ELSE DO YOU EVER SEE THAT LEVEL OF CARE THESE DAYS??
