Yes, you can. There're three buttons built in line on the right. You can use the middle remote button (has play/pause mark on it) to play/pause music (by one press), skip to previous (by triple press)/next track (by double press). Besides, you can also use this button to answer/end/reject phone calls and activate voice cammand. The other two buttons on the sides are volume control buttons. There's plus/minus mark on the button, so you can easily tell which button is to set the volume up.

How many replacement tips comes with these headphones?

There are 4 pairs different sizes rubber tips and 1 pair foam tips coming with these headphones. Middle size rubber eartips have been put on the ear pieces as the defaut ones in the factory. And you have other 4 pairs for backup replacements. Because some eartip sizes and shapes will work better for your ears than others, we recommend trying all of the included eartips until you get a comfortable, noise-isolating felling.
