As the father of four daughters who LOVE the Anne books, I set out to create the ultimate Kindle edition of these timeless books. I wanted a perfectly-formatted, easy-to-use Kindle release that included these amazing books at a fantastic price. And here is the result!
This exciting collection has these great features:
All titles in this Anne of Green Gables collection, along with their publication date, are listed below.
Unfortunately, there are two books in the Anne of Green Gables series which were published later and can't yet be included in this Kindle collection because of copyright restrictions. These are "Anne of Windy Poplars" (1936) and "Anne of Ingleside" (1939).
Thanks for checking out my Anne Stories collection. I hope you and your family enjoy these books as much as we have!
Review
"I love these books. I read the first
Anne book many years ago. I bought the Anne of Green Gables series for
my oldest granddaughter, but now to find all these stories together in
one volume plus the Story Girl series and other isolated stories of the
Avonlea area as well as poetry was for me a great find. I knew I was in
for a treat when I read, and read, and then read some more, and still my
Kindle said I was only 2% finished, I knew I was in for a real treat."
"I grew up with these stories and am utterly in love with the characters.
I ordered this as the kindle version and so far there are no bugs or
mistakes with the adaptation of the novel to digital form. Absolutely
satisfied. If you're looking for a good read, this is a great classic
series perfect for children and adults."
"How can you ever go wrong. These books got me through a lot as a child and they continue to be close to my heart now."
Included books from the Anne of Green Gables Series:
From the Inside Flap
The most complete collection of Lucy Maud Montgomery's writing assembled
for the Kindle, offering hours of enjoyment through the Anne of Green
Gables series and numerous other stories.

Great collection
By Amanda Oster
I think it goes without saying that I love the Anne books, so I will keep my review to one strictly of this Kindle edition.
While
I am only about half through the first book (and will certainly update
my review if it changes), I'm pretty thrilled with this collection.
It's exactly as the description claims: it's easy to jump from one book
to another using the Table of Contents. Once you reach the desired
book, it is easy to jump from chapter to chapter. I'm giving this only
four stars, because the editing isn't perfect; I've noticed a couple odd
words and phrases. (Example: "Parthian shot" became "Parthian
shaft.") Thus far, however, they are minor and have not significantly
impacted my enjoyment. And for the price (I paid $0.99), it's certainly
not a big deal.
Over all, I highly recommend this collection.
As I stated, if my opinion changes as I read further, I will certainly
update my review.

Anne is great, but if you want this for the audiobooks, you may want to reconsider.
By Lynnesews
I love these books and already had most of them in audiobook form. I
bought this in order to get the books I didn't have. However, if you
just want the audiobooks, this purchase is not necessary. The audiobook
links given on the kindle just direct you to a website (Annebooks.com)
where these audiobooks are available FREE to anyone. They are not the
best of recordings since you get volunteer readers and usually a
different reader for each chapter. BUT, they are free and you can't
beat that. So if you want this to read on your Kindle - it's an awesome
deal. If you want it for the audiobooks, don't bother.

Old Favorites Revisited
By Gamrevuer
My mother suffers from Alzheimer's and is totally dependent on
others for everything, including entertainment. At least once a week, I
and go and read to her. I think it is a nice change of pace that she
really seems to enjoy.
Mom was always a fan of Anne of Green
Gables, so I downloaded this version to my Kindle Fire. We are having a
wonderful time together, reliving Anne's dramatics.
