Hello Black orgs,
Hope all is going well. The week we have all been waiting for is here and
last minute things need to be panned out. In this email you will find the
final order of performances as well as several reminders.
REMINDER 1: ALL MUSIC AND PERFORMANCE REQUESTS ARE DUE BY TOMORROW TUESDAY
SEPTEMBER 1ST BY 2:00PM
REMINDER 2: CHECK-IN & 25$ DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY 3:30PM ON SEPTEMBER 4TH
FROM EACH STUDENT GROUP WHO HAS BEEN ASSIGNED A TABLE, DUE TO THE ENDING
OF PERFORMANCES BEING PUSHED BACK CHECK-OUT HAS BEEN MOVED TO 7:50 PM.
MEANING ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS MUST BE RETURNED TO US, AND YOUR AREA MUST
BE CLEANED BY THE AFFORMENTIONED TIME.
REMINDER 3: REHEARSAL SPACE AND TIME IS ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 3RD ON LOWER
SPROUL, AT 10:00 PM ON LOWER SPROUL. IF YOUR GROUP WOULD LIKE TO UTILIZE
THIS TIME THEN FEEL FREE TO DO SO. EVERY GROUP IS ALLOTED 15 MINUTES TO
PRACTICE WITHIN THE SPACE AND THEN THE NEXT GROUP CAN PROCEED. THE ORDER
WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS THE LIST BELOW AND THESE INCRIMENTS WILL BEGIN AT
10 PM. SO FOR INSTANCE BCM CHOIR HAS THE SPACE FROM 10 PM-10:15, THEN BCM
PRAISE DANCE FROM 10:15-10:30, ALPHAS FROM 10:30-10:45, AND SO ON.
LASTLY...
Order of Performances are as follows:
5:00 pm- BCM Choir
5:10 pm BSHA, BESSA, HUBBA
5:20 pm- BCM Praise Dance
5:30 pm- Alphas
5:40 pm- NCNW
5:50 pm- 100 CBM
6:00 pm Kappas
6:10 pm- BRRC, BGSA
6:20 pm- Omegas
6:30 pm- BPLS, ONYX, BSA
6:40 pm- Dance Junta
6:50 pm- Deltas
7:00 pm- ESU
7:10 pm- Zetas
7:20 pm- SGRhos, NABA
7:30 pm- Iotas
