Hey can we spice up the meeting notices a bit more? People tend not to really read emails.. you'll figure this out VERY soon. Here is an example from last year:

Our next BESSA (Black Engineers and Science Students Association) general body meeting of the semester is today, Wednesday, March 18th! And as always, there will be FREE FOOD!!! This meeting will cover what you've all been waiting for... the NSBE National Convention!! Which will be in Las Vegas this year!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come and have all of your questions answered!
