"I was exhausted and needed a solution. I found the Little Ones program and started it the next day. I saw improvement after 3 days! She is sleeping through the night and she falls asleep on her own. I am a happier rested momma and she is a happier rested baby. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone!" - Nikki

Using cutting edge technology, our Sleep-0-Rhythm automatically adjusts your little one's daily schedule based on sleep tracking events. This means that if your day isn't quite going to plan, the Sleep-o-Rhythm will guide you through, ensuring your little one has the best chance of getting their sleep back on track.*Sleep-o-Rhythm is included FREE with any Sleep Program purchase.

We developed this company because we believe that everyone deserves sleep, but not everyone knows how to achieve it. We know how crucial decent sleep is, not only to a baby's health and development, but also to the dynamics of a family, to a mother's mental health, to the functioning of relationships.

I can't speak more highly of this program and have recommended it to all my friends with babies or expecting! I wish I had it from the get go as there's so much useful info that would've helped me in the newborn stage. I had a 6 month baby that was still fed to sleep and waking 3-4 times a night. I didn't want a program that involved lots of crying therefore this was the right fit for us. Mila was sleeping thru the night within 3 days of starting and with the advice in the program I stopped the need of feeding to sleep. Now anyone can put her to sleep and our whole house is harmonious again. Thank you soo much, we are forever grateful!!

I was able to train my baby from day one to sleep independently from usually feeding to sleep. Baby is 3 months old so went straight to the 4-6 month old feed to sleep settling guide and she also slept so long for me last night 5 hours, 3 hours and now even until 5:30 and she is still asleep! She has not slept independently from 4am since a newborn! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Thank you for giving me my life and sleep back.

I bought the program desperate to get my second child, 4mo, to sleep independently during the day. It has done this and more. I was not confident knowing how to get my baby to sleep without feeding and this program showed me step by step, without judging. I felt supported to stay within my comfort level of my child's crying (with my first child I was too terrified of any crying to try any 'sleep training' but this hasn't felt like that).
By the second day my 4mo baby was sleeping better than my first child ever had. It surpassed my expectations of what my baby was capable of. The days improved immediately and that was what I was so desperate for! The nights improved a few days later, they still aren't perfect but I don't even care! Thank you for changing my life!

My 6 month old did NOT want to nap. I was missing his cues and didn't even know it. Within just a few days of following this ap and their schedule, he was taking his naps like a champ!! I still CANNOT get him to sleep at night and am up 6-8 times a night no matter what I try but, at least we have naps down.
I LOVE how I can track everything. The pedi asks question I can give very specific answers to!!

My baby is 4.5 month old , after purchasing the app for over 2 month I finally decided to try their advised schedule. I was highly skeptical at first because my baby is such a terrible sleeper. He refuse to nap during the day and wake up 4+ times at night. To my surprise it actually worked quite well after I stick to the schedule for a few days. He still not close to sleep through the night but he is taking long naps in the day and he goes to bed at 8pm instead of 10pm which is great! Hopefully after trying the schedule for a few weeks he will get up less at night. But I am very pleased with the result.

The long lunch nap is amazing for both of us because she always loved long naps but I was always waking her up at 1.5 hours to avoid under tired at night but this program allows her to have that long nap and I also get a full 2 hours to myself now.

Really like this app! Great layout, is user friendly. I love the troubleshooting and how detailed it is. My boy is 7 and a half months and at the start he would only sleep on us (contact naps) in the day. Slowly over months got him to pram naps and eventually into the cot. I started using little ones and ended up using the quick method (I love how it's a pick up) and now he sleeps 2 hours for his lunch nap and earlier this week he slept through the night and has only woken up once a night for a feed since then. I like how you can ask questions to sleep consultants (although have to pay $20 extra), and they give very good timely replies.

From the beginning the Little ones sleep program worked really well for my little one! I was struggling with naps and realised I was not giving my little one enough awake time. I really like that littke ones uses weeks not months to calculate the awake time and slowly increases it. It also is useful to have the troubleshooting topics which helps when baby doesnt run with the program. It's reassuring to have an idea of what to do so you don't have to spend the whole day figuring out your babies sleep.

I started Little Ones around the 4 month sleep regression. This program is so easy to make work for you and your family. I love that they don't pressure you to make changes but want to make sure that you are okay with what you are doing!!! My overall goal was to have my daughter nap in her crib so that I could spend time with my other kids. It took a while, and I enjoyed being gentle, but my daughter now does her 2 hour nap in her crib! Also, it really is freeing to have the guides (and that is what they are guides!) to know when your little one should go down for a nap. It really made it easier to let them try to work it out when you knew they were actually tired, not that you thought maybe they should be!! It can be as gentle as a program as you would like! For a few months probably 6-10 months, I wasn't sure anything was working and I was wondering what was wrong...but then things kind of fell into place. Life is not magical by any means but having a guide and a routine has made things much less stressful. Plus, I know it is okay to make changes due to travel, sickness, etc and then we will fall back into our routine when we can. Thank you so much for this program and for letting me modify it to fit our family!!

The sleep program worked almost immediately. We loved that the schedule was easy to follow and there was a troubleshooting section for anything that could occur while trying to get our son to sleep. Our son started sleeping 8 hours a night within 3 or 4 days and now about a month later he is sleeping 12 hours every night. We are very happy with the program and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

Unfortunately, I've found the app to be quite complicated to use. I'm a 35yo professional female, so usually I don't struggle to use tech, but as helpful as the information may be, I don't think it's presented properly in the app.Content is hard to find and pages contain way to much information! For busy mums who are sleep deprived, this is very overwhelming.I was hoping for a step-by-step method to follow, which I can see in the "program schedule" but it's annoying that troubleshooting notes aren't linkable through that program screen. For example, if I have the program open, so I can keep an eye on what time I'm supposed to wake bub, but then bub wakes early and I'm looking for advice on "what to do if the lunch nap goes wrong", I have to click around to many different pages to find troubleshooting notes, then read a copious amount of information, while bub is crying in the background. Not very user friendly.I also wish there was an option to tailor the program a bit, aside from changing the morning wake time. And have an integrated view of the statistics in the tracker so I can make connections between feeds, changes and sleeps. The one thing I do really like are the reminders that pop up for each event in the program and the prompts to let me know the schedule is changing as bub gets older.I'm still following the program and hoping to see more substantial results but ultimately feel it's been a lot of work digging for information thus far.But PLEASE fix the amount of content. It's important to communicate, but only if the user can actually consume it.

Hi Allira,Thanks so much for your review and your feedback. We are working on the amount of content in the app and making things easier to find. The troubleshooting info can now be accessed directly from the schedule on your home screen by clicking the wee pink 'troubleshooting icon' on whichever event you need help with. Thanks, Rhyanna

I wanted so badly to love this app and have it work. But after having 4 children who didn't respond to any training program we implemented, I've come to believe babies sleeping through the night is the exception, not the norm. Also, you should really add a "didn't see improvement" option if you are seeking valid reviews and not just 4 and 5 star for your website.

I must say big Thank You from the bottom of my heart. My baby has always been a terrible sleeper, and then sleep regression at 3,5 months has made it 10 times worth. With my mental state shattered by 6 months while waiting for the sleep regression to end. Ive had sleep consultant over, Ive spoken to pediatric nurses. No one was of help, all I got was "continue doind what youre doing". It took me some time to find your app and Im glad that I happened to stumble on it! It really changed our lives and now my baby can self settle too! So THANK YOU!

Between 3-6 months is probably the trickiest period of baby sleep. During these few months, your baby's sleep will become a lot more like ours as adults, with more distinct periods of light and deep sleep and more neurologically differentiated sleep cycles. It is during this time that a baby's sleep habits are really becoming important too. Let's have a look at what is happening for your wee one at this time...
