1 - How to stimulate building central heating system that uses radiators?

2 - How to stimulate evaporative cooling units and splits?

 should be entered the power consumption of this equipments in electric and gas equipmens?

You should read I/O reference to find these things. If you are new in modelling HVAC system in EnergyPlus, I would suggest that you start with an ideal loads air system. Use the following objects to define the HVAC system:

HVACTemplate:Thermostat

HVACTemplate:Zone:IdealLoadsAirSystem

And the following output variables to get the heating and cooling loads:

Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Energy

Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Energy

Note that the report variables may be a little different across EnergyPlus versions.
