I don't have any exact answer for your question. Personally, I don't think simulating such a system with user-provided air exchange rates makes much sense, but we can always argue like: what happens if we have this much air exchange and how much heating energy we can potentially get. Besides, the simple zone mixing approach is a good point to start. However, if you want to use AFN, first you should make sure that this module meets trombe wall requirements.
A suggestion: Take a look at two trombe wall examples of EnergyPlus. One of them doesn't have any air exchange and the other one is an active wall with a fan.
A reminder: Set the Zone Inside Convection Algorithm and Solar Distribution properly.
