Hi everybody,

For ECM2 I added the overhang in sketchup and opened the idf file in Energy+. When I made a new idf file i copied the same for classes (GlobalGeometryRules, Zone, BuildingSurface:Detailed and Fenestration Surface:Detailed) into the new file and copied and pastet the rest from the basemodel (Exercise 3). Now the spreadsheets are the same as in the basemodel. Does anybody know wher I lost the overhang or where i should insert it in the overhang in the idf file?

ECM7: I don't get where to change the inputs and if I have a new Object to insert from the Datasheets.

Thanks for answers

Philipp

Hi,

The overhang should be in SHADING:ZONE:DETAILED object in idf.

i missed. for ecm 7 you will have to change the temperature schedule for thermostat (make 16C during the given time).
