I can't quite understand the workflow. But if you want to add this interior wall to turn one zone into two zones, that's not the way we normally do it. Are you using OpenStudio Legacy version or OpenStudio release?

But if I add the Office 1 the outside boundary conditions: Adiabatic, in report Zone Summary I get Office 1 Volume 83,16 m³ and that is correct.  Why  is E+ making this Volume?
