How can I get Rasht or Sary's wheather data?

When there is no EPW file available based on the local measured data, as a last resort, one can use Meteonorm to generate a weather data file. But keep in mind that Meteonorm extrapolates hourly data from statistical data for a location and where statistical data aren't available, it interpolates from other nearby sites.

 

Attached you can find the weather data file for Rasht (37.2833° N, 49.5833° E) that I made using Meteonorm, but for the other city the Meteonorm radiation data was not so reliable.
