I've fixed some bugs in Bertrand and uploaded a new zip file of
everything. This copy includes the Makefile (sorry!). All of the
examples now work, except that the answer to the monkey example is a
bit verbose for no good reason (but if I fix that, then the ee example
breaks. oops). This is a bug I need to work on. If you write any
programs for Bertrand and you get an error message that says "bound
expression contains variable to which it is being bound" then please
tell me -- I need to work on the expression solver so it won't do this.
