Release: Python RPC Client Library

I've released the first version of a Python BERT-RPC client library;
it's available at http://github.com/mjrusso/python-bertrpc

It's essentially a direct port of Tom's original BERT-RPC Ruby
library. Combined with Samuel Stauffer's existing work (python-
erlastic and python-bert), this was very straightforward.

Instructions and usage examples are documented in the README.

Contributions and feedback are very welcome.
