Dear Endorsing NGOs,

As you may be aware, BERSIH 2.0 is currently part of a working committee on parliamentary reform, which has been working on proposals to make Parliament a more accountable, efficient and effective legislative body. We have since formed the Gabungan Cadangan Penambahbaikan Parlimen (GCPP).

In consultation with MPs from both BN and PR, we have come up with a paper outlining the key improvements that should be made. This paper is attached below.

We would like to invite our endorsing NGOs to either:

1. Endorse the paper. Your organisation will be added to the groups supporting the proposals.

2. Become part of the GCPP. If you feel your organisation can contribute to our efforts by adding to our proposals or pushing for the reforms, please let us know and we will add you in to all correspondence regarding the GCPP's initiatives.

I vote yes to endorse.
If by the end of the week the ayes outnumber the nays, we should consider it endorsed.
Abstentions don't count.
