Zunar's Oz tour in June 2016

Hi all.
Someone of you may be aware of Zunar's planned tour of Australia, including Perth in June 2016. It has been discussed with our mates from the east coast for 3 months now and we were only able to confirm the tour recently due to the delays in the court hearing.
We have a group consisting of some of us here, student group MPOZ, AMWA, university associates and other concern Malaysians pitching to help organise events while he's in town between June 14 to 19.
There will be logistic cost which I'm hoping BMP will help cover. The Sydney organiser originally invited him for a festival early June, so they have his airfare to and fro between Malaysia and Australia covered. The city organisers have to agreed to pick up the local logistic cost to extend his visit. I anticipate a maximum of $400 would cover these in Perth.
Could all please consider this request and respond whether in the affirmative or otherwise within this coming week?

Soon- if you don't get any objections in the next 48 hours, you can take it you have the mandate. Just produce a statement of accounts to explain the expenditure.
