Dear Friends,

We have developed the MERP (Malaysia Electoral Reform Programme) and have asked both Najib and Anwar to adopt it. To date, Najib has kept quiet, which we take as a "No". Anwar has issued a support letter to us on 15th Feb 2013. We need Free and Fair Elections for GE13 so that people's will can prevail. So we need to apply pressure on Najib to reform the electoral system. He still has time to do something and your help can persuade him to do so. So, we have prepared and posted this Petition at Avaaz, which is a global petition promoter.
