My vote is that we get the detailed coast line defined first, then
work on the near shore islands and those in the sound afterwards. I
tried adding water features and land at the same time and it jsut
doesn't work right. Lets get the water/shore elemnts in, moderated and
published then get the islands put in after.
Thoughts?
