Hold the date!

On Saturday, Sept. 12, for the tenth year, Sawyer Hill Ecovillage will
be celebrating Give Your Stuff Away Day (an international environmental
holiday) by, well, giving away stuff -- toys, clothes, books/media,
housewares, furniture -- basically anything you might find at a
multifamily yard sale, but all totally free! This year giveaway spots
will be limited to our southern neighborhood, Mosaic Commons.

To maximize social distancing, we'll lay out our free items at several
designated giveaway areas outdoors. If it rains lightly or rain is
threatening, we'll consolidate items under canopies or a porch roof,
again outdoors. (If heavy rain or severe thunderstorms are expected,
we'll postpone; PLEASE check our web page at
http://mosaic-commons.org/gysa-2020 for updates next week.)

As before, service animals are welcome, but pets must be left at home.

Please note additional rules this year to keep both visitors and
residents safe:
    * Close-fitting FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED and must cover the mouth
and nose. If extra disposables are available, we will offer you one, but
unmasked visitors will be asked to leave the property (and escorted
off-site if necessary). Children under 2 are exempt, but must remain in
strollers or other carriers.
    * Parking will be allowed only along Village Lane. If parking spots
are full, wait and come back when there aren't so many people on site.
    * Please distance at least 6' from other visitors not in your
household, and use hand sanitizer on request.

To reach us, take Sawyer Hill Road to Village Lane and follow the signs.

Come visit between 9 am and 1 pm (no early birds, please!) on Sept. 12,
and help us pare down our stuff! We'd love to see you. :-)
