dear ones,
i am currently developing a form of reiki relational therapy and am
offering a limited number of individual or partner sessions. the cost is
30 euros for individual, 50 euros for a pair. the acroyoga community and
its many iterations has helped to inform this work in many ways and hence
i am sharing the invitation on this platform.
for some time now i have been developing the paradigm of emotional
permaculture, a way of seeing our relationship to ourself, our partners,
our community and our environment as being imbedded in a larger ecosystem.
ideally this ecosystem is flourishing, producing energy and nourishment.
at times it is not, and there are many reasons for this. sometimes all we
really need is a different perspective. am emotional washing machine, so
to speak.
the relationships we have with people are often opportunities to work
through some form of karma, as mirror of relation has the potential to
reveal much about ourselves that we are unable to see on our own. the
tendencies we have to desire certain situations or stimulation are not
random; the question is whether we are evolving in these encounters or
remaining stagnant in energetic patterns.
the purpose of the sessions i offer is both therapeutic and constructive.
if you find yourself stuck in an area of your personal development or are
constantly creating a certain type of conflict for yourself, this is a
good opportunity to change the lens of your life camera and begin to
examine what it is you are choosing to grow in your relational garden. in
addition, if you and your partner are having difficulties communicating,
the presence of a third party can sometimes facilitate a new connection.
for this reason the sessions are also extended to pairs.
the healing modalities that i work with include Reiki, Buddhist meditation
and psychology, yogic asanas and pranayama, all of which have the ability
to shift and release energy.
