Proposal: Working in Teams

It was one of my proposals for UIKonf but it wasn't selected, so I guess I could do the talk for a smaller audience :)

In this talk I would like to summarize experiences and believes I collected during my time as developer, psychology student and team lead of a theater group.

I think that we organize our selfs in teams not because it's just fun. But because we can't do everything by our self. 

Sometimes the project is to big and sometimes we don't have the required skills to do everything.

However working in teams brings lots of complications and overhead.

I would like to talk about three characteristics of team work:

- Culture/Vision (how people expect the group should function)

- Leadership (why and what can be the problems)

- Collaboration (meetings and stuff)

I would target around 30 minutes for the talk.
