Berkeley High sailors available to crew

Until this fall, the BHS sailing team was coached through a program at the Richmond Yacht Club.  That all fell apart for reasons I won't get into here.  Some of those sailors are trying to work out something with the Encinal Yacht Club, but others are looking to move from dinghies to keelboats and have reached out to me to see if any of you would be interested in crew for the Sunday Chowder series.  Let me know if you are looking for skilled and enthusiastic young crew members and I'll put you in touch with each other.

Otherwise, they can, of course, always just come down to O-Dock in front of the YC before the races and try to jump on with whomever's going out.  We make every effort to see that anyone looking for a ride is able to get on a boat.

Great.  Looking forward to it.  If we could get an alert when there are nippers available that might help.  We could use this thread and add more interested boaters.  Go to a more formal process if it gets too big.
