Greetings foodcoopers!

As you probably know by now, we have created some new roles to make
sure we stay on track after school starts. Except for the Program
Director, who has been hired, the other 9 roles are elected positions.
NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE THIS SUNDAY NIGHT AT 12. If you want to
nominate yourself or someone else, then please do so before then. To
view and nominate the new roles, please go to

If you are nominated and accept nomination, then you should write up a
short speech explaining why you would do a good job. You must post
your speech on the wiki by 6pm on Monday. Candidates will get to
present at the General Meeting this Monday. To post your speech,

On Monday at 7pm, you will receive an email containing a link. This
link is your individual authorization to vote. To vote on the
candidates, follow that link. Voting will close at 4pm on Tuesday.

If you can, please come to the General Meeting this Monday. You will
get to hear from the candidates in person and ask them questions.
There will also be a period for voting. If you do come, then bring a
laptop if possible. You will be able to use your laptop to vote and
share your laptop with someone who hasn't brought theirs.
