In today’s global marketplace, cultural
intelligence is a critical skill for leaders and managers to work
effectively across a variety of cultural
contexts and with an increasingly diverse workforce. A leadership team with high
cultural intelligence can cultivate success by effectively managing a diverse workforce.
Join panel host David Barker as he delves into how companies can increase their
understanding and awareness of cultural intelligence capabilities (how to lead,
how to think, how to deal with diverse internal/external stakeholders) and
translate those capabilities into tangible organizational outcomes.
The
panel will tackle timely topics including:
Why do some managers flourish
when they venture into new cultures, while other managers flounder?
How
leadership will look in the future and how different will it be from leadership in the
past? What will change? What will not change?
What are the key challenges in
multi-cultural teams? How to optimize performance for multi-cultural
teams?
How can “Cultural Quotient” lead to accomplishment of strategic
business and organizational goals?
The event will conclude with an
interactive Q&A followed by networking cocktails.
