We received feasibility study performed by Environmental Science Associates (ESA) on the daylighting of Strawberry Creek in Civic Center Park. The study is attached for your review. In addition, a cross-sectional view of the creek (provided by the Restoration Design Group) is attached to the end of the study to give you a sense of what the creek could look like.
