Our Hosts: Olfactory Brewing and Delirama!

Olfactory was born out of a passion to create the best quality brews inspired by traditional and new-age techniques. The organization promotes creativity, collaboration, and innovation, partnering locally whenever possible. It believes beer is an agricultural product, and agriculture is a community. Olfactory aims to be a good steward to its community and the environment through intentional choices in its supply chain. It takes pride in its craftsmanship and dedication to quality and authenticity above all else. Its goal is to use collective experience to ensure a high-quality experience every time visitors stop by. Guests are invited to grab a pint and prepare their olfactory senses for a delightful journey through space and time.

In addition to featuring their own products, Olfactory is hosting a "tap takeover" taking place the night of the 20th! Brix Factory (brixfactorybrewing.com) will be highlighted and a couple of their favorite beers will be offered. It should be a merry time!

Delirama Jr. (aka Pyro's Pastrami's) Owners Cash Caris and Anahita Cann, in spite of the Pandemic, were inspired to bring Pastrami sandwiches to all audiences of the East Bay, opening their first pop-up location in 2020. Their sandwiches and pizza are highly regarded, and are especially celebrated for their Vegan pastrami options and flavor fusions. Caris and Cann cater to their community, routinely adapting the menu with inspiration from locals and regulars. Join us to take a bite of the sandwiches that have brought people together!

We are looking forward to seeing you on December 20th to celebrate together with great people, tasty food and refreshing drinks!

As always, I am eager to hear from you. Please reach out to me and my staff at itr...@berkeleyca.gov or call us at (510) 981-7140.
And please share this invitation with your friends and neighbors in D4!
For a Berkeley we can all call home,
