W7.7 Failing to model deflection

Regardless of glass and airspace choice W7.7 fails to calculate Deflections when requested. On Deflection result tab results remain question marks like below.



The center of glass results are nonsensical. For example the Layer 2 Keff below 



Any advice would be appreciated

What version of WINDOW 7.7 are you running? 

Also, can you include a screenshot of your actual glazing system configuration, ie, the upper part of the glazing system library screen where the layers are listed?

The same glazing system records in WINDOW 7.7.10 show deflection results that make sense when I calculate them. 

So in order to figure out what is going on with your configuration, I need to know exactly what you are modeling.
