libmmd.dll was not found

after installing   I get this error libmmd.dll was not found not found.

I have a question. Do I need to install both  Microsoft Visual C++   and  Intel Fortran  ? I only installed Office because I couldn't download  Intel Fortran  .
I still get this error. Is there a solution?

You need to install both of them.

That's why they are both linked on the download website.
