BSDF csv file with WINDOW 7.8

Hello, 

I created a glazing equiped with a shading device (roller screen). I ran the calculation and created a report by using the option Energy plus BSDF idf file, but the output csv file is empty (in the BSDFs folder).

Do you have any idea why the csv file is not created properly ?

Dear Wirich,

It is hard to know without the window database file and some additional information. It could have something to do with the optical calculation settings in WINDOW. It could be that the BSDF folder is in a place where the operating system does not let your program write files (or you have to run WINDOW as administrator to allow that).
