Content In Optics not Matching Content in Window

Hello, 

I am trying to use OPTICS to test the results of adding an applied film to a monolithic layer (both already defined in the IGDB). In WINDOW I see both of these materials in the glass library but they do not show up in OPTICS. Both softwares are referecing the same IGDB. Am I missing something? Is there a better way to bring in monolithic layers/applied films from WINDOW to OPTICS?
