Installation dll errors.

Hi there. My user had an older version of Window which she uninstalled. She Then installed 7.8.8 but got dll errors and called me. I read the docs and installed the redistribution libraries but still get the same error. Uninstalled then reinstalled with libraries first this time same issue. She's on Windows 11 pro.

Looking for tips to get this working please including which order to install.
