Problem to Open Window 7.7.10

I just cannot start the software

It was working fine last week, not anymore

Hi,

I've been having a similar problem with a different error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program at least 3 times and am running into the same issue each time.

Does anyone know how to help?

The original error looks to me like the redistributable libraries linked on the WINDOW download site were not installed.

If you getting a different error message, can you share a screenshot of the message you are seeing? 

Also, are you installing the software as Administrator?

Hi Robin,

I thought I added a screenshot to my previous email. I will reattach. The message reads: "The code execution cannot proceed because llbifcoremd.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have been trying to run the program as an administrator, but not the installation.

That error message indicates that you have not installed the 2 redistributable libraries that are linked on the WINDOW download page,
