Window 8.0.6 reference for correlation coefficients of effective ventilated layer opening of porous shaders

Dear Window-Team,

WINDOW 8.0.6 applies correlation coefficients C1, C2, C3 and C3 for calculating an "effective" ventilated layer opening of porous shaders. The correlation coefficients can be found in the code of WINDOWs-CalcEngine. It seems that they are used by the simulation engine Targoc as well.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware on which paper or studie the implemented correlation factors are based .Apparently, they differ from those published by Hart et a. 2017 and 2018 respectively.

Please, can you send me a reference/publication or any other information related to the applied correlation factors?

Are these correlation factors also implemented in Window 7.8.28?
