WINDOW + THERM Tutorials?

Hello,

I am interviewing for a position which requires basic knowledge of both the lbnl WINDOW and THERM software. I am trying to find a tutorial somewhere to help me gain competency but there seems to be nothing on the internet.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

And I believe the Passive House world has videos about THERM, but they will be more specific to the Passive House calculations.
