BSDF display Direct to Hemispherical Solar Transmission

Hello,
Looking through some old papers, I've enjoyed Klems' graphics showing direct to hemispherical transmission, plotted on a circular field of view. It's a quick way to compare how different coatings and shadings affect solar heat gain. I love the BSDF viewer apps, and I can make the diagram manually from them. The old Window 6 Matrix Reader can do this from an XML file but in a less-preferred cartesian system. Is there something that can do this on a polar Klems patch diagram directly?

Hi Jacob, those apps are great for showing distribution of transmission or reflection, but what I'm looking for is something that reports the direct to hemispheric figure on each incoming patch. Patch2.png
