Hello,

I am trying to build a laminate with NFRC ID#17970 TNG11-89E. When I try and calculate a laminate with this lite, it won't calculate with the error "Information could not be retrieved from database: Couldn't find substrate for TNG11-89E"

Can anyone help me with using this approved glass? It is a coated lite.

Thanks

Looking at NFRC ID 17970, it does look like it was submitted by the Manufacturer without a substrate, which could prevent Optics from doing a calculation depending on the circumstance.

Can you provide a screenshot showing the laminate you are trying to construct? Or a list, with the NFRC IDs, of the laminate you are trying to construct?

When I try to create a laminate using NFRC ID 17970, that layer doesn't appear in the list of glazings that can be added to a laminate.

This is because of how it was submitted by the manufacturer.

See the attached PDF which explains this.

So I am a bit confused about how you could create this laminate in the first place, using that NFRC ID.

Hi Robin,

I was able to add it using the view all tab in optics.

Thank you for the document I will attempt to find a work around for this project.
