Hello,

I'm using the NFRC 100-2010 as the boundary condition for glazing U calculation. According to the information in the library, the outside surface air film convective coefficient is 26W/m2.K. However, according to Table 2 of this paper- https://www.rdh.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/CCBST-2014-Energy-Performance-Windows-American-Euro-Standards.pdf, this is the combined coefficient. Could you clarify that?

Basically, I need the combined coefficient of the inside surface and outside surface. Does WINDOW 7.8.4 provide this information or does it use standardized coefficient? If not, how can I calculate it?

Thanks for your help!

Best,
Jiarong
