Subject: WINDOW 7.8 Installation Issue – Missing DLL Files

Dear Berkeley Lab Team,

I have just installed the full version of WINDOW 7.8.

When I try to start the program, I receive three error messages indicating that DLL files are missing (please see the attached screenshots).

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

You need to install the redistributables, as shown on the download page
