CLA Traditions Committee Meeting 12-27-09

We had our first Traditions Seminar on November 27. According to
feedback, it was pretty successful. Now we need to be planning our
next one, to be held in the spring.
If any of you were not on the original committee but would like to
start helping to plan the next seminar, please join us tomorrow at
2:30 p.m. Pacific Time (5:30 p.m. Eastern Time) for our next committee
meeting.
I am attaching the agenda for tomorrow's meeting.

Traditions Ad Hoc Committee Agenda

Any CLA member is invited to join this ad-hoc committee set up to
study the 12 Traditions and to educate the fellowship about them.
We will use the Meeting Protocols adopted for WSO—the full version is
attached, and the short version follows. Please adhere to the
following meeting protocols: If you have new business, let the chair
know at the beginning of the meeting when asked. At the introduction
of each topic’s discussion, the chair will ask for those who wish to
speak on the subject. Give your name at that time, and the chair will
call on you in order. Keep remarks brief and on topic and do not
repeat what others have said. Please refrain from interrupting others
and do not use disparaging or inflammatory remarks.
Thank you for adhering to these protocols. With your help, we can have
a pleasant, and productive meeting.
