Dear everyone,

I wanted to let you know, our landlord from the East-Bay QB3 incubator is hosting us for a special Exogen event on July 22nd. This will take place in the conference room in suite 260 located at 5858 Horton Street in Emeryville. This is a very nice room that can accomodate 80 individuals and that is conveniently located near the Emeryville exit on I80 . We will open our doors to the public around 1 PM and we will be there until 10 PM. We plan to have food and drinks.

We will use this event for two special purposes: 

1. Test the instructions and video we have prepared for our kit (all day activity). Individuals coming in will be handed a free kit just like if they had received it in the mail and will go through the procedure of registration and blood collection. We will provide free testing in return for feedback about our instructions. Our staff will also collect duplicate samples for each of these individuals to make sure collection was done right and that we can process their samples and give them results.

2. Special talk introducing our kit, our technology and giving update on the indiegogo campaign timeline (6 PM). This will happen at 6 PM. We will also share results from recent studies we conducted at Exogen. 

I am away this coming week, but Jon and the Exogen staff are preparing an email that will describe this event and we were hoping you could pass this information to your very large network with strong interest in new biotechnology, health and fitness industry and "quantify self". We wanted to give you some headsup now so you can plan. We will set a Meetup event very soon and forward it to you. If we have a lof of volunteers signing up, we may ask to RSVP for specific time slots.
