Hi Ryan, my company, Aethrea, is a clean-tech engineering startup focused on commercializing low-temperature ammonia synthesis for agriculture and energy storage. We are planning to apply for a California PIERS and Federal EISG grant, this Summer, and need to hire an organized and passionate grant writer for these two short projects.

It could develop into a position in business development or even lab management, but that's not a requirement.

Most of the compensation will be in equity. If you know of anyone who would be interested, I'll be glad to talk to them.
