With the advent of all the new communications technologies, such as Email, Text Messaging, Twitter, etc, many Emergency Management agencies, including the Bergen County NJ OEM and the NJ State Police OEM, have setup systems that the public can use to signup for timely alerts from these organizations during possibly critical situations.

 

BergenSkywarn, in partnership with the Bergen County NJ Office of Emergency Management and NJ State Police Office Of Emergency Management is making information on these services and the signup pages for these and other related alerting systems available at a single source location
