...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH

TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7

inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern New Haven County. In New

Jersey, Western Bergen County. In New York, Rockland and

Northern Westchester Counties.

* WHEN...For the heavy snow, from Monday evening through Tuesday

evening. For the strong winds, Tuesday morning into Tuesday

afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous

conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
