Annual ARRL SET (Simulated Emergency Test) October 3-4 2009

The annual SET (Simulated Emergency Test) exercise weekend is October 3-4 2009. This is Drill event, on either or both a local or regional level of coverage serves to unit together various amateur radio resources and groups.
