People who like free software, and people they like, should attend. You might talk about free software, or you might not.

I'd also like to "plug" the draft US federal source code policy (https://sourcecode.cio.gov/ + https://github.com/whitehouse/source-code-policy/issues/). You can talk about it, if you want, or not! But there you go. It is plugged. Comments close on April 18! I think.
