Role:
Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce CRM systems, including Case Management and Sales/CPQ testing
• QA (Quality Assurance)
• Reltio
• Selenium
• JUnit
• Jira
• Jenkins
• Proficient in regression, smoke, and automation testing
• Skilled in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Reltio (Customer Master Data Management SaaS Platform)
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks including JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium
• Familiarity with CI tools such as Ant, Maven, and Jenkins
• Responsible for QA tasks including scripting and test execution
• Designs and maintains automation frameworks
• Maintains data quality and performs data governance
• Leads integration efforts across platforms
• Plans and coordinates test execution across verticals and teams
• Participates in defect triage and prioritization meetings
• Understands business use cases and develops relevant test scenarios
• Actively involved in sprint planning, scrum calls, and agile deliveries
