Role:  Identify Platform Developer (Okta, pingID)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months

Description:

Support Day 1 readiness by ensuring secure connectivity, identity continuity, and infrastructure stability for employees within the client environment.


Key Responsibilities
•  Maintain functionality of identity platforms (Okta, PingID); implement SSO/federation for cross-org apps.
•  Establish secure network connectivity (VPN/Direct Connect) between various parties •  Ensure laptops and office IT/AV infrastructure are Day 1 ready.
•  Support ITSM setup and escalation paths for users.
•  Maintain DevOps pipelines and cloud environments without disruption.


Required Skills and Experience

•  4 to 7 years in infrastructure or IT operations.
•  Experience with identity management, enterprise networking, and cloud platforms.
•  Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
