Crysis Keeps Crashing

Hey guys
basically when ever i try to assign a model to an entity, or select a
texture (so i can edit the terrain) crysis freezes up and crashes. A
message comes up that says 'Crysis has stopped working' and only gives
me one option: close the program.
Just wondering if anyone has experience problems like this and/or may
have a solution?

sounds like a vital system file is corrupt. i suggest a reinstall

Hi Matt,
I had a friend who experienced the same problem last semester in
arch1101, Russell told him to change the windows font size of your
desktop to smaller and for some reason that i don't understand that
worked somehow :S
To change the font size, type "font size" into search bar in the start
menu and select the first option, it should be, make text and other
items larger or smaller. Then change the setting to smaller. Hope that
helps, probably won't work, but if it worked last semester, might work
for you too :)

Another possibilty is if you have been using a wacom tablet or similar
device. You'll need to unistall the device drivers for Crysis to work
again

Hi, I seem to have a similar problem,

Try running it as admin. This should fix it.

I tried that and it didn't seem to work,
and I've tried reinstalling crysis that didn't change anything,
so i thought i would create a new fpgs mod and when i go to edit the
name of the SPEditor to my mod name it says it "can't create the bat
file" (I'm not sure whether that would make a difference as to why it
is crashing?)
I'm stumped!

when trying again to run as admin it says it cannot find 'Bin32/
