Hi,

I recently found out about this service through Reddit.  I'm a tech copywriter and freelance illustrator, and I'm having issues with choosing the right keywords, letting the system know when a lead they send is bad, etc.  Also, on a Reddit forum, the founder of the service said that he added creative feeds to the lead generator, but when I open my account, all I see is a checkbox for either "programmer" or "graphic design".  I'd appreciate any help in this matter.

Thank you,

El Pea

Hello,

Good job creating a profile. What keywords are you using?

Hi, those are great keywords. I see no reason why you wouldn't be getting any alerts. Have you checked your spam folder? :)

I'm not having problems getting leads, I just need to know ways that I can get better ones.  The process of refining jobs isn't clearly explained on the website- or maybe I'm just not looking in the right place.

That's a more illusive question. I would say try to notice the things about the ads that you don't like and attempt to filter those out by refining the killword list.

We are planning a keyword tool upgrade soon, so hopefully that will help you too.
